Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Custom or pre-order items may take a little longer, we will notify you if any delay occurs.

Shipping Options

UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

International Delivery: 7–14 business days (depending on location)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected products.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package journey right to your door.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase from Ethnic Studio. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

with your order number and reason for return.

We will guide you through the quick and easy return process.

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare case your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.

Additional Information

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

We currently do not accept returns on sale items unless they are damaged or defective.

For international customers, customs duties and taxes may apply, these are the buyer is responsibility.
